Yes, Friends of FoCo Fondo is a 501(c)(3) and all donations are fully tax deductible.

FoCo Fondo has been the limiting factor in the growth and evolution of these programs. We hope that by pulling these key initiatives out into a non-profit that they can have deeper roots, more stability, ability to grow, and longevity far beyond FoCo Fondo itself. It also opens the door for relevant state and local grants, often only reserved for non-profits despite already doing “the work".

Unrestricted funds are the most helpful as they allow us to fill program funding gaps, pay for non-program specific items like a website, insurance, etc., and reduce administration time.
